Track Module Aggregate

Shows a time-series chart of record creation counts per month across multiple PEARS modules.

Filters

Applied Filters

• Viewable records — Only records the current user has permission to view are included in each module.

Non-Applicable Filters

• Verified — Not all included modules support verification status.

• Session Date Range — Not all included modules have session occurrences.

• Primary Curriculum — Not all included modules have a curriculum field.

Calculations

1. PEARS retrieves all viewable records from each of the five modules that match the current dashboard filters.

2. For each module, records are grouped by the month they were created.

3. A count of records created per month is calculated for each module.

4. A line chart is displayed with:

   • The x-axis showing months over time.

   • Five series lines, one for each module: Program Activities, Indirect Activities, Partnerships, Coalitions, and PSEs.

   • The y-axis showing the count of records created.

Additional Notes

• This panel provides a view of how actively a user is creating records across all modules over time.

• Each series can be toggled on or off by clicking its name in the chart legend.
