Applied Filters

• Viewable records — Only Partnerships and Coalitions the current user has permission to view are included.

Non-Applicable Filters

• Verified — Neither Partnerships nor Coalitions have a verification status field.

• Interventions — Not applicable to Partnership or Coalition records.

• Projects — Not applicable to Partnership or Coalition records.

• Session Date Range — Partnerships and Coalitions do not have session occurrences.

• Primary Curriculum — Not applicable to Partnership or Coalition records.

Calculations

1. PEARS retrieves all viewable Partnerships and Coalitions that match the current dashboard filters.

2. Two chart groups are generated:

   • Assistance — A mirrored bar chart showing assistance types received (displayed as negative values) and provided (displayed as positive values) for both partnerships and coalitions. The x-axis lists the assistance type categories.

   • Relationships — A grouped bar chart showing the count of partnerships and coalitions at each relationship depth level.

Additional Notes

• The assistance chart uses a butterfly/mirrored layout to make it easy to compare assistance received versus assistance provided at a glance.

• Relationship depth levels represent the closeness of the working relationship, from informal to formal.
