Indirect Channel Summary

Summarizes indirect activity reach and channel counts grouped by intervention channel.

Applied Filters

• Viewable records — Only Indirect Activities the current user has permission to view are included.

Non-Applicable Filters

• Verified — The Indirect Activity module does not have a verification status field.

• Session Date Range — Indirect Activities do not have session occurrences.

Calculations

1. PEARS retrieves all viewable Indirect Activities that match the current dashboard filters.

2. Activity channels are grouped by their intervention channel name.

3. For each intervention channel, two values are calculated:

   • Channel Count — Number of distinct activity channels for that intervention channel.

   • Reach — Sum of the estimated reach values for those activity channels.

4. Two bar charts are displayed, both sorted by reach in descending order.

• This panel provides a similar view to the Indirect Activity Intervention Channels panel but is used on the User Dashboard to show individual user activity.
