An Action Plan Report in PEARS is a strategic document that outlines your programming goals, intended outcomes, and planned activities for a reporting period. Action plans connect your situation assessment to measurable outcomes and serve as the foundation for action plan reports.
Getting Started
To access Action Plan Reports, hover over the Reflect menu in the top navigation bar and click Action Plan Reports. The Action Plan Reports list displays all of your records with options to search, filter, sort, and create new entries.
