AI-powered features for summarizing success stories, available as an organization setting in PEARS.

On August 1, 2024, AI-powered features became available within specific PEARS modules. When enabled, an AI button appears contextually within the system to perform different tasks based on the current location and function.

Enabling AI Tools

AI tools are controlled by the Use AI Tools organization setting. When enabled, certain data is sent to OpenAI for processing in accordance with OpenAI's Enterprise Privacy Policy. Data remains confidential and is not used for model training.

NOTE: Organizations should contact PEARS Support with questions regarding implementation, data privacy, or technical specifications before enabling AI tools.

Summarize Success Stories

AI tools can generate concise summaries of success story narratives, streamlining documentation and reporting for program evaluation. When viewing a success story with a completed narrative, the AI button generates a summary based on the story content.

TIP: AI-generated summaries are a starting point. Review and edit the summary to ensure it accurately represents your program's impact before including it in reports.
