Update to PEARS Menus

The PEARS navigation menus were reorganized, renaming Track to Engage and adding a new Reflect section.

The PEARS navigation menus were updated after business hours on June 12, 2024. The main changes rename the "Track" menu to "Engage" and introduce a new "Reflect" menu for reporting-focused modules.

Changes for All Users

  • "Track" renamed to "Engage" — All modules previously under Track now appear under Engage

  • Success Stories moved from Track/Engage to the new Reflect menu

  • Modules under Engage were reordered

Additional Changes for Extension Users

  • Quarterly Efforts, Action Plan Outcomes, and Performance Reviews moved to the Reflect menu

  • "Action Plan Outcomes" renamed to "Action Plan Reports"

  • Users with State Level Action Plan Reviewer and Professional Development Opportunity Reviewer roles no longer see a separate "Review" menu — those functions are available within the relevant modules under Plan

  • Supervisors: Professional Development Plans appear under Plan; Performance Reviews appear under Reflect

TIP: All existing records and data remain unchanged. Only the navigation structure is different — the same modules and features are available in their new locations.
