Manage Lists: Keywords and PSE Changes
Keywords and PSE Changes are now customizable list categories in Manage Lists.
Two new customizable list options were added to Manage Lists on July 11, 2024: Keywords for Success Stories and PSE Changes for PSE Site Activities.
Keywords
The Keywords field appears in the General Information section of Success Story records and is used to tag topics for filtering and Word Cloud reporting.
Keywords were previously shared across all PEARS organizations
Organizations can now customize their own keywords list through Manage Lists
All organizations retain the full default keywords list unless modified
Custom keywords support filtering and appear in Word Cloud visualizations
PSE Changes
The PSE Changes list controls the options available in the Changes Adopted section of PSE Site Activity records.
Organizations can hide specific PSE Changes from data entry options
Hidden changes are removed from selection but do not affect existing records
New PSE Changes cannot be added — organizations can only show a subset of the existing options
Organizations seeking additions for the upcoming fiscal year should contact PEARS Support
NOTE: Lists for the upcoming reporting year can be adjusted one month before your organization's reporting period is set to open.
TIP: Review your Keywords and PSE Changes lists before each reporting period to ensure the available options match your organization's needs.
