N-PEARS Export

Export PEARS data in a format compatible with National PEARS (N-PEARS) for federal annual reporting.

The N-PEARS Export transforms your organization's PEARS data into a format that can be imported directly into National PEARS (N-PEARS) for federal annual reporting. The export aggregates SNAP-Ed programming data by project and applies the field mappings required by N-PEARS.

Getting Started

The N-PEARS Export generates a .zip file containing two Excel workbooks:

  • N-PEARS Export — Aggregated data formatted for direct import into N-PEARS.

  • N-PEARS Raw Export — Disaggregated detail data for verification purposes. This file should not be imported into N-PEARS.
