Duplicate Contacts

The Duplicate Contacts dashboard identifies and summarizes duplicate contact records across program activities.

The Duplicate Contacts dashboard helps identify program participants who appear in multiple program activities. It displays a total count of duplicate contacts and a demographic breakdown of those duplicates, making it useful for understanding the overlap in participant reach across programs.

TIP: Navigate to Analyze > Impact Dashboards and select Duplicate Contacts to open this dashboard.

Filters

The following filters are available on this dashboard.

• Reporting Year — Limits data to the selected reporting period(s).

• Program Type — Filters by program type.

• Program Areas — Filters by program area.

• Created By — Filters by the user who created the record.

• Collaborator — Filters by users listed as collaborators.

• Contributed by a Collaborator — Limits to records where a collaborator is marked as a contributor.

• Units — Filters by Extension unit.

• Sites — Filters by site location.

• Action Plans — Filters by associated action plan.

• Interventions — Filters by intervention.

• Projects — Filters by project.

• Settings — Filters by program setting.

• Date Range — Filters by record creation date.

• Verified — Filters by verification status.

• Complete — Filters by completion status. Defaults to complete records only.

• Primary Curriculum — Filters by primary curriculum.

• Session Date Range — Filters by program session occurrence date.
