Calculations
PEARS retrieves all viewable Program Activities that match the current dashboard filters.
For each program, demographics totals are retrieved and multiplied by the number of qualifying session occurrences (in-person and virtual live online).
The total across all programs is summed to produce a single duplicate contact count.
The count is displayed as a large summary number.
Additional Notes
This total represents an estimate of duplicated participant encounters. A participant who attends multiple sessions of the same program or appears in multiple programs is counted once per session per program.
