• Viewable records — Only Program Activities the current user has permission to view are included.

Non-Applicable Filters

All standard Program Activity filters are supported by this panel.

Calculations

1. PEARS retrieves all viewable Program Activities that match the current dashboard filters.

2. The panel calculates two summary statistics:

   • Total Volunteers — Sum of the number_of_volunteers field across all matching programs.

   • Total Volunteer Hours — Sum of the total_volunteer_hours field across all matching programs.

3. Both values are displayed as large summary numbers.
