Direct Education Reach and Time

Displays total reach, sessions, and hours for direct education programs along with a breakdown by delivery method.

Filters

Applied Filters

• Viewable records — Only Program Activities the current user has permission to view are included.

Non-Applicable Filters

All standard Program Activity filters are supported by this panel.

Calculations

1. PEARS retrieves all viewable Program Activities that match the current dashboard filters.

2. The panel calculates three summary statistics:

   • Total Reach — Sum of the total field from program demographics records across all matching programs.

   • Total Sessions — Count of all program occurrence (session) records across all matching programs.

   • Total Hours — Sum of session duration in hours across all program occurrences.

3. Programs are grouped by their delivery methods. For each delivery method, the panel counts the number of programs that use it.

4. A pie chart displays the percentage breakdown of programs by delivery method.

Additional Notes

• A single program activity can have multiple delivery methods, so the sum of the delivery method percentages may exceed 100%.

• Hover over a pie slice to see the delivery method name, program count, and percentage.
