• Viewable records — Only Program Activities the current user has permission to view are included.

Non-Applicable Filters

All standard Program Activity filters are supported by this panel.

Calculations

1. PEARS retrieves all viewable Program Activities that match the current dashboard filters.

2. Programs are grouped by their associated program area(s).

3. For each program area, the panel calculates:

   • Program Count — Number of distinct program activities in that area.

   • Participant Count — Sum of demographic totals from program demographics records for programs in that area.

4. Two bar charts are displayed:

   • Programs by Program Area — Program counts per area.

   • Participants by Program Area — Participant counts per area.

5. A combined data view is also available showing both values side by side.

Additional Notes

• A program activity can belong to multiple program areas. In this case, the program is counted under each associated area.
