The Program Activities and Participants dashboard shows program activity and participant counts broken down by program area.
The Program Activities and Participants dashboard provides a single-panel view of how many program activities and participants are associated with each program area. This dashboard is useful for comparing programming volume across different areas of focus.
TIP: Navigate to Analyze > Impact Dashboards and select Program Activities and Participants to open this dashboard.

Filters
The following filters are available on this dashboard.
Reporting Year — Limits data to the selected reporting period(s).
Program Areas — Filters by program area.
Created By — Filters by the user who created the record.
Collaborator — Filters by users listed as collaborators.
Contributed by a Collaborator — Limits to records where a collaborator is marked as a contributor.
Units — Filters by Extension unit.
Sites — Filters by site location.
Action Plans — Filters by associated action plan.
Interventions — Filters by intervention.
Projects — Filters by project.
Settings — Filters by program setting.
Date Range — Filters by record creation date.
Verified — Filters by verification status.
Complete — Filters by completion status. Defaults to complete records only.
Primary Curriculum — Filters by primary curriculum.
Session Date Range — Filters by program session occurrence date.
