Top Settings by Activity and Reach

Shows the top program settings ranked by total activity count and total reach.

Filters

Applied Filters

• Viewable records — Only records the current user has permission to view are included.

Non-Applicable Filters

All standard filters from Program Activities, Indirect Activities, PSE Site Activities, and Social Marketing Campaigns are supported.

Calculations

1. PEARS retrieves all viewable records from each included module that match the current dashboard filters.

2. For each program setting, the panel counts distinct activities and sums reach across all modules:

   • Program Activities — Count of programs and sum of demographic totals per setting (from SNAP-Ed custom data framework setting).

   • Indirect Activities — Count of activities and sum of estimated reach per channel site setting.

   • PSE Site Activities (SNAP-Ed only) — Count of PSE records and sum of total reach from changes adopted per setting.

   • Social Marketing Campaigns (SNAP-Ed only) — Count of campaigns and sum of channel reach per setting.

3. Two charts are generated:

   • Activities by Setting — Settings sorted by total activity count (descending).

   • Reach by Setting — Settings sorted by total reach (descending).

4. If fewer than five settings have data, additional settings are included with zero values to fill the chart.

Additional Notes

• On the SNAP-Ed Dashboard, this panel includes data from all four modules. On other dashboards, only Program Activities and Indirect Activities are included.

• Hover over a bar to see the breakdown of activity counts or reach by module.
