Indirect Activity Reach

Displays the total new reach and total estimated reach from indirect activities.

Applied Filters

• Viewable records — Only Indirect Activities the current user has permission to view are included.

Non-Applicable Filters

• Verified — The Indirect Activity module does not have a verification status field.

• Session Date Range — Indirect Activities do not have session occurrences.

Calculations

1. PEARS retrieves all viewable Indirect Activities that match the current dashboard filters.

2. The panel calculates two summary statistics from the activity channel records:

   • New Reach — Sum of the newly_reached field across all activity channels.

   • Estimated Reach — Sum of the estimated_reach field across all activity channels.

3. Both values are displayed as large summary numbers.

Additional Notes

• New reach represents community members reached for the first time through indirect channels. Estimated reach represents the total potential audience.
