Mark a PSE Site Activity as Complete

Review completion requirements and mark a PSE Site Activity as complete in PEARS.

Before marking a PSE Site Activity as complete, verify that all required sections have been filled out. PEARS will validate each section and display any outstanding items that must be addressed.

Completion Requirements

The following sections must be complete before the PSE Site Activity can be marked as complete:

• General Info — All required fields including site, name, project, intervention, unit, program areas, intervention topics, and start year must be entered.

• Collaborators — At least one collaborator should be added to the activity.

• Partners — Partners section is complete (if the partnerships feature is enabled).

• Readiness — Indicate whether readiness assessments were performed. If yes, provide assessment details.

• Strategy — Select complementary activities and rate all contribution roles.

• Changes — Describe changes made, select a reach method, and enter reach and demographic data.

• Effectiveness — Indicate whether effectiveness was measured. If yes, provide indicator, outcome, and assessment tool details (if the individual effectiveness section is enabled).

• Recognition — Indicate whether recognition was received. If yes, provide recognition details.

• Sustainability — Indicate whether a sustainability plan exists. If yes, rate mechanisms and provide stakeholder and policy information.

• Reflection — Indicate whether a reflection was completed (if the reflections section is enabled).

• Custom Data — Organization-specific custom data is complete (if applicable).

If any required fields are missing, PEARS will display validation errors indicating which sections need attention. Resolve all errors before attempting to mark the activity as complete.

Navigate through each section of the PSE Site Activity and verify that all required fields have been completed accurately.

Resolve any validation errors

If PEARS displays validation errors, return to the indicated sections and complete the missing or incorrect fields.

Mark the activity as complete

Click Mark as Complete to finalize the PSE Site Activity. Once marked as complete, the activity will be locked for editing unless it is reopened.

Marking an activity as complete signals that all data entry for this PSE effort is finalized. If changes are needed after completion, the activity must be reopened before edits can be made.
