The Effectiveness section captures whether the impact of the PSE change was measured and, if so, the indicators, outcome measures, and assessment tools used.

Indicate if effectiveness was measured
Select Yes or No to indicate whether the effectiveness of the PSE change was measured.
If you select No, no additional effectiveness fields will be displayed. You may proceed to the next section.

Select the primary indicator
Select the Primary Indicator used to measure the effectiveness of the PSE change.

Select outcome measures
Select one or more Outcome Measures that were used to assess the impact of the PSE change. Multiple measures may be selected.

Add assessment tools
Add one or more Assessment Tools used to collect effectiveness data. Select from the following tool types:
Survey — A structured questionnaire distributed to participants.
Interview — One-on-one or group interviews conducted to gather qualitative data.
Focus Group — A facilitated group discussion to collect detailed feedback.
Direct Observation — On-site observation of behaviors or environmental changes.
For each assessment tool, provide the relevant details including the tool name and any results collected.
