Learn how to delete a social marketing campaign in PEARS.
Follow the steps below to delete a social marketing campaign record.

Navigate to Social Marketing Campaigns
From the PEARS homepage, hover over the Engage menu and click Social Marketing Campaigns.

Select a Social Marketing Campaign
Click the social marketing campaign you want to delete.

Click Delete
On the social marketing campaign detail page, click the Delete button.

Confirm Deletion
A confirmation dialog appears. Click OK to permanently delete the social marketing campaign.

NOTE: Deleting a social marketing campaign is permanent and cannot be undone.
NOTE: You may only delete records you created in the current reporting period, unless you are a Data Manager. Organization Data Managers are listed in the PEARS Directory.
