Copy a Social Marketing Campaign

Copy an existing social marketing campaign to create a new one with pre-filled data.

Copying a campaign lets you reuse data from an existing campaign, saving time when creating similar campaigns across reporting periods.

Open the Campaign

Navigate to the campaign you want to copy and open its detail page.

Click Copy

Click the Copy button in the campaign header to open the copy dialog.

Select Copy Options

Choose which sections to include in the copy:

  • Collaborators -- Copies all collaborator assignments.

  • Campaign Reach -- Copies channel reach and market segment reach data.

  • Campaign Evaluation -- Copies evaluation records (only available if the original has evaluation data).

Enter a New Name

Provide a Name for the copied campaign. By default, the name is set to the original campaign name with "(Copied)" appended.

Save the Copy

Click Copy to create the new campaign. You will be redirected to the new campaign's detail page.

TIP: After copying, review all sections of the new campaign to update any details that differ from the original.
