Add a Channel
Click the Add Channel button to add a marketing channel used in the campaign.

Select Market Channel
Choose the Market Channel from the dropdown list. This identifies the type of channel used (e.g., social media, print, broadcast).

Enter Reach Metrics
Enter the following reach metrics for the channel:
Impressions -- The total number of times campaign content was displayed through this channel.
Reach -- The number of unique individuals who saw the campaign content.
Eligible Reach -- The number of SNAP-Ed eligible individuals reached through this channel.

Enter Source
Specify the Source of the reach data (e.g., platform analytics, third-party tracking tool).

Enter Social Metrics
If the channel is a social media platform, enter the following engagement metrics:
Comments -- The number of comments received on campaign content.
Likes -- The number of likes or reactions received.
Clicks -- The number of clicks on campaign content or links.
Shares -- The number of times campaign content was shared.
Engagement Score -- The overall engagement score for the channel.

Add Additional Channels
Repeat the process to add all channels used in the campaign.

Save and Continue
Click Save and Continue to save your channel reach data and proceed to the Evaluation step.
TIP: Enter data for every channel used in your campaign to get a complete picture of reach and engagement across all platforms.
NOTE: Social metrics fields (comments, likes, clicks, shares, engagement score) are most relevant for digital and social media channels. Leave these blank for non-digital channels where they do not apply.
