Learn how to delete a CRM contact interaction in PEARS.
Follow the steps below to delete an interaction from a CRM contact record.
From the PEARS homepage, hover over the Engage menu and click Community Relationships (CRM).
Click the contact whose interaction you want to delete.
In the Notes section, hover over the interaction you want to delete to reveal the edit and delete options.
Click the Delete button next to the interaction.
A confirmation dialog appears. Click OK to permanently delete the interaction.
NOTE: Deleting an interaction is permanent and cannot be undone.
