Learn how to delete a CRM contact record in PEARS.
Follow the steps below to delete a CRM contact record.

Navigate to Community Relationships
From the PEARS homepage, hover over the Engage menu and click Community Relationships (CRM).

Select a Contact
Click the contact you want to delete.

Click Delete
On the contact detail page, click the Delete button.

Confirm Deletion
A confirmation dialog appears. Click OK to permanently delete the contact and all associated interactions.
NOTE: Deleting a CRM contact is permanent and cannot be undone. All interactions associated with the contact are also deleted.
TIP: The Delete button is only visible to users who have permission to delete the contact (the record creator, organization administrators, and data managers). If you do not see a Delete button, you do not have permission to remove this contact.
