The PEARS navigation menus were reorganized, renaming Track to Engage and adding a new Reflect section.
The PEARS navigation menus were updated after business hours on June 12, 2024. The main changes rename the "Track" menu to "Engage" and introduce a new "Reflect" menu for reporting-focused modules.
Changes for All Users
"Track" renamed to "Engage" — All modules previously under Track now appear under Engage
Success Stories moved from Track/Engage to the new Reflect menu
Modules under Engage were reordered
Additional Changes for Extension Users
Quarterly Efforts, Action Plan Outcomes, and Performance Reviews moved to the Reflect menu
"Action Plan Outcomes" renamed to "Action Plan Reports"
Users with State Level Action Plan Reviewer and Professional Development Opportunity Reviewer roles no longer see a separate "Review" menu — those functions are available within the relevant modules under Plan
Supervisors: Professional Development Plans appear under Plan; Performance Reviews appear under Reflect
TIP: All existing records and data remain unchanged. Only the navigation structure is different — the same modules and features are available in their new locations.
